    The Matrix Cream Oxidant Developer is designed to be used in conjunction with Matrix SoColor hair colour. The rich, creamy consistency offers gentle, controlled lightening action. The 10 Vol strength will keep hair on the same level or provide up to 1 level of lift. The formula is fully stabilised and buffered to ensure consistent, uniform colour results.
