It is a direct dye that is applied directly to pre-lightened hair without a developer, sitting on the outside of the hair shaft to deliver an intense, vibrant colour result. The High Voltage range covers an enormous spectrum of shades from deep, saturated vivids through to pastels and everything in between. How to use Manic Panic

Manic Panic High Voltage colour is applied directly to clean, dry, pre-lightened hair without any developer. The lighter the hair the more vibrant the result — hair lightened to a pale yellow will give a warmer, slightly muted version of the shade, while hair lightened to white will give the most accurate and vivid result. Leave the colour on for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the depth of result you want, then rinse with cool water until the water runs clear. No developer is needed and the formula is safe to leave on longer than most other colour products.
