    The Matrix Cream Oxidant Developer is designed to be used in conjunction with Matrix SoColor hair colour. The rich, creamy consistency offers gentle, controlled lightening action. The 30 Vol strength provides up to 3 levels of lift, and is ideal for use with the SoColor SoRed collection, and for the Extra Blonde collection for maximum colour neutralisation. The formula is fully stabilised and buffered to ensure consistent, uniform colour results.
