How to use

Standard balayage workflow: section the hair per your usual balayage technique. Position the balayage board behind the section being painted, with the curved edge sitting against the scalp for close-to-root work or held further from the scalp for mid-length balayage graduation. The control-enhancing teeth grip the hair section during controlled painting. Paint bleach or colour onto the section, working the product from mid-lengths down to the ends with the sweeping motion characteristic of balayage. The board catches product that goes past the section, protecting the scalp. Reposition and repeat across all sections. For combined balayage + foil work, the board's foil-compatible sizing means you can move seamlessly between hand-painted balayage sections and foil-wrapped highlight sections during the same service.
