Glitterbels Core Acrylic Powder in Honey Pie is a 56g pot of warm honey nude pigmented acrylic powder — sits in the same warm-nude family as Honey Buff Shimmer but likely without the shimmer element (a flat warm honey finish rather than shimmer-enhanced), worth checking a swatch to confirm the exact tonal identity and finish. Different product from gel polish — coloured acrylic is applied wet using monomer and an acrylic brush, cured through the chemical polymerisation reaction between monomer and powder rather than under a UV/LED lamp. As a Core Powder, the pigmentation is dense enough that you don't need to cap it in clear acrylic to hold the colour — one less step compared to sheerer coloured powders. 56g pot for regular working use.

How to use

Prep the natural nail as usual (dehydrator, primer). Dip your acrylic brush into monomer, wipe against the dappen dish edge to shed excess, then dip into the Honey Pie powder to pick up a coloured bead. Apply and shape onto the nail. Work fairly quickly as the bead sets, and re-dip between beads as you build the shape. As a Core Powder, no clear-acrylic cap is needed on top. Cure per the acrylic setting routine (chemical cure between monomer and powder, no lamp needed). File and finish per your usual routine.
