What it does
A carrier/massage oil gives smooth glide for massage and nourishes the skin, and it's the base you dilute concentrated essential oils into (essential oils must never go on the skin neat). Absorbs well and is kind to the skin.
How to use it
Use directly for massage, or add a few drops of essential oil per the recommended dilution to create a blend. Patch test first. For external use.
