How to use

Cleanse first, then unfold the mask and smooth it over the face, lining up the eye, nose and mouth openings, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Relax for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove and gently massage any remaining essence into the skin. No need to rinse. As this mask contains retinol, introduce it gradually to see how your skin responds, avoid the delicate eye area, and always use an SPF during the day (see the note below). Follow with your usual moisturiser.
