What it does for your hair

Manic Panic is a direct (semi-permanent) colour, so it deposits vivid pigment straight onto the hair with no developer, a gentler, lower-commitment way to wear bold, bright colour. It shows up most vividly on light, pre-lightened hair (subtler or barely on darker hair), fades gradually over washes, and conditions as it colours. Intermixable to create your own shades. Being PPD- and ammonia-free it's a kinder vivid, though as with any colour we'd recommend a patch test.

How to use it

Start with clean, dry, pre-lightened hair for the brightest result. Wearing gloves (it stains), apply straight from the tub, leave for around 30 minutes (longer for more intensity), then rinse until the water runs clear. We'd recommend a patch test before use.
