Black is the darkest shade in the three-shade range (Light to Medium Brown, Medium to Dark Brown, Black), ideal if you have black or very dark brown brows, or want the deepest, boldest definition. What it does

Tinting the brows adds colour to define, darken and fill out sparse, fair or greying brow hairs, giving a fuller, more defined, groomed look that lasts far longer than a daily brow pencil, typically a few weeks as the hairs grow and shed. This kit makes it doable at home: you mix the tint capsule with the developer (it may look grey at first and change colour when mixed, which is normal), apply to the brows, process for your chosen time, then remove and condition. It's a proper colour treatment rather than a wash-off product, so getting the process, timing and, above all, the patch test right is essential.

How to use it

Always carry out a 48-hour allergy patch test before every use (see below), this is essential every time, not just the first. Then follow the full kit instructions: cleanse the brows to remove make-up and oil, protect the surrounding skin with a barrier cream (like petroleum jelly) around the brow shape, mix the tint capsule with the developer as directed, apply to the brows carefully avoiding the eyes, and process for your target time (shorter for lighter, longer for deeper). Remove thoroughly with damp cotton pads, then apply the included conditioning cream. Do not exceed the recommended processing time.
