    • Glitterbels Pinched Pastel Glitter Acrylic Brush, Size 8
    • Professional oval-shape acrylic nail brush
    • Small size for detail and precision work
    • Pastel glitter suspended handle design

Glitterbels Pinched Pastel Glitter Acrylic Brush in Size 8 is a professional oval-shape acrylic nail brush in the smaller end of the size range — smaller head holds less product per pickup than Size 12 or 14, making Size 8 the detail-work and precision-application choice rather than the full-set building tool. Suited to infills, precise product placement, edge refinement, and detail work where controlled small beads matter more than bulk product delivery. Oval shape gives even distribution and shaping control across the smaller pickup area. Pinched pastel glitter handle design features moving glitter suspended in the handle body — aesthetic feature, not functional.

    Key features

    • Professional acrylic nail brush
    • Oval shape for even product distribution
    • Size 8 (small — for detail work, infills, precision application)
    • Pastel glitter suspended handle design
    • Compatible with all acrylic powder and liquid systems

How to prepare (important — new brush)

New acrylic brushes come with bristles held in place by a light gum during manufacturing and shipping — this gum must be removed before first use for the brush to work properly. Gently flick or rub the bristles between your fingers to loosen and remove the gum, taking care not to bend or distort the individual bristles. Continue until 100% of the gum residue is removed. Once fully cleaned, soak the brush in acrylic monomer for a few minutes, then wipe onto paper towel to remove any remaining residue and precondition the bristles. The brush is now ready for use.

    How to use

Pour a working amount of acrylic monomer (like the Glitterbels Clear Acrylic Liquid or HEMA-Free Acrylic Liquid) into a dappen dish. Dip the brush into the monomer, wick off the excess against the dish edge, then pick up powder from your acrylic powder tray using the wet brush to form the acrylic bead — Size 8 gives smaller more controlled beads suited to precise placement rather than volume building. Apply and shape onto the nail. Particularly useful for cuticle-area detail work, correcting small imperfections after larger-brush shape-building, and infill work where you're replenishing product at the cuticle growth line rather than building a full new set. Between beads, wipe the brush on a lint-free paper towel to prevent product build-up in the bristles. Clean thoroughly with monomer after each client, wipe on paper towel, and store bristles pointing up or lying flat.

    Who it's for

This brush is for professional nail techs doing acrylic detail work, infills, and precision application. We've spent years helping clients in Codsall look and feel their best, and as a working salon, we know most nail techs keep a range of brush sizes rather than using one size for everything — Size 8 for detail and infill work, Size 12 for full-set building, Size 14 for high-volume extension work. The right brush for the right stage of the service is a genuine practical workflow choice.

Safety and care: For professional use with acrylic monomer. Acrylic monomer is highly flammable and produces strong fumes — always use in a well-ventilated area, keep away from heat and open flames. Do not decant used monomer back into the bottle (contamination risk). Clean the brush thoroughly after each client — hardened acrylic residue in the bristles reduces brush performance and shortens brush life. Store bristles pointing up or lying flat to preserve shape. Do not use harsh solvents or chemicals other than nail-industry monomer for cleaning — other solvents can damage the bristles and glue holding them in the ferrule. Keep out of reach of children.
