Glitterbels Gel Base Coat is a 15ml bottle of professional gel base coat, designed to work alongside the Glitterbels gel polish range. Base coat is the layer that goes between the prepped natural nail and the coloured gel polish — it improves adhesion between the nail plate and the gel polish, helps hold the coloured layers in place through wear, and reduces the risk of the polish lifting or peeling. Cures under UV or LED lamps (compatible with the Glitterbels DreamCure Lamp covered earlier in the sprint). 15ml is a standard gel-polish bottle size, sensible working supply for regular gel manicure work. How to use

Complete your standard prep work first: cuticle push-back and cleanup, light etching or buffing of the nail plate, then apply Glitterbels dehydrator and acid-free primer per the prep routine. Apply a thin layer of the Gel Base Coat over the prepped natural nail — thin is important, over-application of base coat causes flooding at the cuticle and side walls and can trigger lift over wear. Cure under UV or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds (per Glitterbels recommendation). Then apply your chosen Glitterbels gel polish colour on top and cure per the specific polish's routine. Finish with a top coat and cure.
