Glitterbels Coloured Acrylic Powder in Holiday Vibe is a 28g pot of bright red pigmented acrylic powder — a classic clean bright red rather than a deep burgundy or brick red. Different product from gel polish — coloured acrylic is applied wet using monomer and an acrylic brush, cured through the chemical polymerisation reaction between monomer and powder rather than under a UV/LED lamp. The pigmented formulation gives you colour built directly into the acrylic rather than requiring a separate colour layer on top. How to use
Prep the natural nail as usual (dehydrator, primer). Dip your acrylic brush into monomer, wipe against the dappen dish edge to shed excess, then dip into the Holiday Vibe powder to pick up a coloured bead. Apply and shape onto the nail. Work fairly quickly as the bead sets, and re-dip between beads as you build the shape or blend into another colour for ombré and fade work. Cure per the acrylic setting routine (chemical cure between monomer and powder, no lamp needed). File and finish per your usual routine.
