Gamma+ Absolute Hitter is a professional detail trimmer designed for barbering outline and fade work, sitting in the same tier as the BaByliss PRO FX Skeleton, Andis Slimline Pro Li and Wahl Detailer Cordless. Rotary motor drive with a 40mm DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated blade — DLC is one of the harder blade coatings available and holds its edge longer than standard chrome or titanium under regular professional use. Cutting blade is Deep Steel Inox. The standout feature is the adjustable zero-gap blade, adjustable from 0.8mm down to zero-gap (0mm) — proper close-cut adjustment for the outline and fade work that barbers reach for a trimmer for. Removable drop-top skeleton lets you access the blade properly for cleaning and gives better blade cooling during longer sessions. 2-hour full recharge via docking station or mini-USB cable. Customisable startup switch in 4 colours, and the trimmer ships with Gold, Rose Gold and Chrome body kits so you can customise the look to match your setup.

How to use

Charge fully before first use via the docking station or mini-USB cable. Set the blade gap to suit your work — zero-gap (0mm) for the closest outline work, adjusted out to 0.8mm for slightly softer detail. Use on dry hair. Approach the outline from the direction that gives you the cleanest line, generally against the hair growth for the tightest cut. Take your time on visible outline work — necks, ear edges, hairlines, beard edges — where the finish shows most. Remove the drop-top skeleton for proper blade cleaning between uses, and use the mini screwdriver for blade regulation adjustments per the Gamma+ instructions. Oil the blade regularly to keep the cutting action sharp.
