What it does for your hair

A perm works in two chemical stages: the perm tonique softens the hair's internal bonds so it can take on the shape of the rods it's wound around, and the neutraliser then re-sets those bonds to lock the new curl in place. Choosing the right strength (Force) for the hair type is essential, and Force 0 is the strongest, designed for naturally resistant, virgin (chemically untreated) hair that other strengths would struggle to curl. How to use it
