The Viral Hybrid Colorditioner is formulated specifically for bleached and colour-treated blonde hair. For a true vivid blue you'll want a clean pre-lightened base (ideally a level 9 or 10), and the colour will build in intensity with repeated use. How to use

For a colour refresh, apply to wet hair after shampooing, work through the lengths and ends and leave for two to five minutes before rinsing.
