Who it's for

Lites Ruby is designed for colour-treated brunette hair with red, auburn or copper-leaning tones that need refreshing between salon visits. It's also great for naturally dark hair that's been dyed red and wants to maintain that vibrancy, or for adding depth and warmth over warm brunette bases. Please note: this shade is not recommended for blonde or highlighted brown hair, as the ruby pigment will deposit into the lighter sections and shift the overall tone. If you've got highlights or balayage, we'd point you towards a different shade in the Gem Lites range. How to use

For a colour refresh, apply to wet hair after shampooing, work through the lengths and ends and leave for two to five minutes before rinsing. For deep conditioning and a stronger colour deposit, apply as a mask to clean, dry hair and leave for twenty minutes before rinsing thoroughly. To build more colour, re-apply and use daily. Use gloves if you'd rather not stain your hands.
