What it does
Carrier oils are the nourishing base oils you dilute concentrated essential oils into (essential oils must never go on the skin neat), and they're lovely for massage and skincare in their own right. Wheatgerm oil is a nourishing, skin-kind carrier that absorbs well, ideal for professional massage and for creating your own aromatherapy blends.
How to use it
Use directly for massage, or add a few drops of essential oil per the recommended dilution to create a blend. Patch test first. For external use.
