How to use it

Apply over your usual gel base coat as part of your gel manicure. Paint on a thin first coat and cure under an LED or UV lamp, then apply a second coat for full, vivid coverage and cure again. For the brightest neon effect, apply over a white or opaque base coat first. Finish with a gel top coat for a glossy, long-lasting result.
