    The Matrix Tonal Control Pre-Bonded Gel Toner is a multi-dimensional gel toner with long lasting results. This formula is ammonia-free with optimized pH to minimize cuticle swelling. This gel toner is formulated to be used on pre-lightened hair and gradually darkens as it oxidises so you know precisely when it's time to wash out the toner.

    Ingredients

    Contains: resorcinol, diaminobenzene, phenylenediamine, toluenediamine

    Directions For Use

    Apply to dry or damp, towel-dried hair using a bowl and brush or applicator bottle. Allow to process for 20 minutes at room temperature. Mix in a 1:1 ratio with 10 volume Matrix Cream Developer.
