Upon placing your order the website will provide you with an order notification. Please note, this order confirmation does not mean acceptance of the order and we reserve the right to cancel the order at any point.

If for any issue the order is canceled by us a full refund will be issued. 

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason before dispatch, please note a full refund will be issued. If you have already recieved the item we will still issue a refund however we will not be responsible for the return postage costs.

Shipping and Delivery

All Orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail Second Class Signed for unless specified otherwise. You can view our delivery options at checkout. 

Returns and Replacements

We are more than happy to offer returns and replacements providiing the items are still in an un-opened and sellable condition. Please ensure the items are returned within 30 days.
When items are returned we asked that wherever possible they are sent on a tracked or signed for service so both parties have proof thtat the item has been posted and recieved. This is for your convinience as well as ours. 

As soon as your return is recieved we will process the a refund within 7 days. Once a refund has been issued, Please allow 5 working days for your payment to clear.
